How long will it take to receive my order?

We will aim to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Once dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of the tracking details. If you live outside the UK, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, paypal and klarna.

I received the wrong item

In the unlikely event of this happening, please contact us via email or using the contact us form within 5 working days of receiving your item. We will review your order within 24 hours.

Can I return or exchange my order?

No. For the moment, all sales are final.

Can I ask for a shoe that is not on your website?

Yes! We are able to source a wide range of footwear for all our clients. Head over to our sourcing page to contact us.

Why is the cost of the shoe different for each size?

With exclusive and limited footwear, the demand changes daily, Some sizes, especially smaller sizes, rise in price a lot quicker than others. Because of this, we must follow the market price per size and not per shoe to ensure accurate pricing.

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes! If you would like to purchase a multiple pairs, please contact us via email or using the contact form for information on pricing for bulk orders.

Should I get my exact shoe size?

Please see below for the recommended sizing for all brands:

Air Jordan: True to size, we recommend purchasing your actual size.

Air Force 1: 0.5-1 UK size down. Generally a bigger fit than your actual size.

Adidas Yeezy: For Yeezy 350's, we would recommend 0.5-1 UK size up from your actual size. For Yeezy 500's and 700's, they are generally a smaller fit as well but we would recommend only sizing up to 0.5 UK. For Yeezy Slides, we would recommend 2 UK sizes up from your actual size as these are a very small and tight fit.

I've just been refunded the money for my order?

On rare occasions, we may not be able to update our website in time to follow accurate prices or sizing availability. For this reason, a product may be out of stock even though it is showing as available on our website. If this is the case, you will be notified via email within 2-4 hours of your order to inform you the product is out of stock and you will receive a refund within 24 hours.

Are all your products 100% authentic?

All products available at Sole Decree have been sourced from reputable retailers and are 100% guaranteed authentic with original brand labels/tags. If for any reason there are doubts on the authenticity of your product, please use our contact us form and we will review your claim within 24 hours.
